I had mine done at the Alex by mr acktar , but nhs 27/09 so 4 weeks out tomorrow For me I wouldn't even contemplate going abroad I live an hour away and that the journey home was bad enough for me anyway I have fibromyalgia pain is a big issue but there were people there who were up and about within hours Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  17. Crushing medication Hi I'm 3weeks 4 days out and this is the worst thing ever !! Just be careful if mixed with Water try not to have to much and gulp it down cos if you think it's bad going down it's even worse coming back up !! I'm just over 3 weeks out 27/09 /16sounds like you have had an awful time , I to am a f/ m sufferer and am still in so much pain but unlike you I am not having bm well twice since surgery have only just started purée food am struggling with it tho !   23. I'm at 20 days out Rny and only just today tried purée food managed 12 halves of a t spoon before I was full but that's all for the day, still in quite a bit of pain tho Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
