Thanks! Im actually down a couple of pounds from that. Kept slipping up in my eating so we'll see what's the verdict when i get to my 3 month post op today

I feel ya. I've had a few slip ups myself which have caused some stalls. Im sure your doc will feel proud of your progress though.

I haven't tracked calories since surgery either. I do make sure that I am eating Protein based meals 3x a day with a Protein shake.

Yes it is normal. I had my first stall at three weeks too. It budged after 2 more weeks. Don't worry about it. Just hit your Water drinking and Protein goals.

I feel the same way about craving salty Snacks. I used to crave sugary treats but it is the opposite after the gastric sleeve! They do say that taste buds change after surgery.

I was self pay but my friend is medicaid and it has been over 6 months and she still has not been approved. She said the average wait time is 6 months. Her mother was approved in 6 months and she had a significant list of weight related health issues.
