My sleeve day is Dec 7,my weight 208 and yes some people have ask me why. I really don't care what people say. I'm doing it for my health and it's medical necessary. I'm 55 yrs old and I was in a wheelchair in a 2008 for 2 yrs so the weight has been very hard to take off. I'm sure you are a strong person so please be postive. We have to. I started my liquid diet yesterday. I guess every Dr gives patients different menu's. I could have fat free yogurt, sugar free popsicles, sugar free pudding. Jello sugar free, zero Gatorade, Water water. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
