Day 1 of my 2 week pre-op diet! So far so good :)

I'm allowed 2 Protein shakes, 1 soup and 2 Snacks per day. Hoping I can fill up on Water and decaf tea in between.

Anyone have suggestions or ideas that might make this easier, I'm open to hearing them.

My pre op diet is 3 Protein shakes a day and lots of green leafy vegetables. I fill up on big bowls of salad greens with about a tablespoon of vinaigrette. That helps with the craving to chew something

I started my liquid diet today too for 7 days, broth, popsicles, Jello, pudding, Protein shake. Not allowed to have veggies. I guess all doctors have their own schedule. Good luck. My sleeve is Dec 7. Keep in touch
