I have more chicken and cheese then spinach. You likely shouldn't be eating salad. Takes up a lot of of room without adding Protein.< /p>

I had mine done sept 26th 2016 I am down 30lbs and was 217. Im only 5ft tall. And 44 yrs old. I have never felt better. I haven't been sick and have not had any issues at all. Nothing but weight loss. Yeah sometimes I miss eating bad but i get past that fast just like when I stopped smoking. It was by far the best decision I've made. Good luck!

Yes I can only have 1 cup and no I have never added butter or salt. But I just love popcorn. I love skinny pop even. But I think everything you said makes total sense. Thank you!I have popcorn very far and few between since surgery. 3 x's to be exact. Movie popcorn is not such a good idea with all the butter and salt that's usually in it. Don't do that to yourself. Eating before you go is a good idea, bringing Protein sources with you is also a good idea. Jerky, cheese, grilled chicken in a little sandwich bag, nuts. Or-- you could just bring a healthier version of popcorn like a skinny pop if you just have to have it. I know the smell is enticing but we must stray away from the behaviors and the types of food that caused us to gain weight in the first place. Was it all popcorn? no but its the concept of "I can't go to the movies and not have popcorn" mentality that has to be controlled. It could be a trigger food for you. If you feel so strongly don't go to the movies for awhile. It's not that you can never eat popcorn again but it's about doing it in the right way. The way that's healthy for you. Can you eat just 1 cup? Does it have to be loaded with salt and butter? Can you enjoy it the way it was meant to be? Do you have to have popcorn just because you are at the movies? Can you have a piece of fruit instead? Can you eat a well balanced meal before you go? Thoughtful planning vs mindless eating.

I normally only get a small and add nothing to it. No butter and no salt. But it is literally the only thing I miss.Perhaps you should break your association of mindless eating you have to passive entertainment, instead.

Took me 5 days then milk of mag 5 days again. After that it isn't hard anymore. It gets hard from surgery and pain meds. It constipates you.

I know it is soon but when is it ok to have movie popcorn? I can't walk into a theater and not have popcorn. Or do you have a good snack alternative?

Serious question! Why do you care about losing weight but dont care about your heart possibly exploding from doing rails??? Im sorry It doesn't make sense. I used to do it yrs ago so I get why you love it but if you don't love yourself enough to stop then why the surgery? Not being mean. Its a serious question!

I was told by my nut that caffeine causes ulcers. And with a new stomach with staples in it could cause severe ulcers and or heartburn. I have been a huge coffee drinker since my teens. Im 42 now and gave it up for the very first time. I had the most severe headache ever for an entire day. After that I would make a chocolate Protein shake then warm it like hot cocoa. It helped.

I never got used to it. However, I kept telling myself that there were kids in the world starving. It changed my thought process. And I was never hungry as long as I had my shake every 3 hrs.

I had mine on the 26th. For the first couple days I didn't lose. However, once I went to the bathroom (and it wasn't that much) that night I showered and was down 3 lbs. Its strange and maybe the swelling inside could still be holding weight.I had my surgery on the 27th sep and haven't lost any weight as yet. Can you guys tell me how long before the numbers started dropping?
