I was wondering the same. I'm about 12wks out and I may have pushed it with how Valentine's Day chocolates but I can barely eat and I'm about 4lbs heavier, this week. Any suggestions?

Today was my first full day on solids but it was as follows: breakfast- a boiled egg (I had to eat it in 2 shifts) snack- 1.5oz of hummus and homemade cheese crisps lunch - 3/4 of a turkey meatball and a piece of plantain ( couldn't get much down) dinner- a piece of stewed fish and piece of plantain (didn't finish) snack - 1oz light cottage cheese and a dollop of Peanut Butter.< /p>

Im exactly 1 week out, not to mention today's my birthday so first walking into my granny's home was hard but i blended up a few acceptable things. I made it. I didn't to eat any of my birthday cake (homemade red velvet) but I've told myself that these are good things because they are lol

I am between 8-9 months out and a couple months ago, I'd not been as disciplined. I've been stalled or stuck in the same 5lb range for about 2months. For the last month, I've gotten back on track with what I eat and I've been killing it in the gym. Last week, id dropped 4lbs taking me to 222lbs. This week, I've been working just as hard and I've gained over 5lbs. Can someone shed some light. I'm trying really hard not to cry because it makes no sense.
