I have been using an herbal tea called Smooth Move...i know, the name is hilarious! Its in the tea section and occasionally you can find it in Kerig cups. After using ALL of the above this gets and keep me regular. You drink at night and it actually tastes great so its easy to fit into your daily regimen

Yep check out KC Bariatric. I'm using dr Hamilton. 3 people I work with have went there and have had great results.

I'm not a guy but I am in Kansas City so I will answer about doctors. The KC Bariatric team has been wonderful through my process. I will be having my VSG in November with Dr. Aragon and would highly recommend his office.

Question everyone! Would you all like if I personally inputed your dates into my calendar and kept track of them and then day of your surgery made a personal post about you to were everyone can write you wishes and good luck and show how much we care and so on? Instead of responding so that this post doesn't get crowded and can just be for the dates so they are easy to find, if you like that idea could you just give this post a like please? Can I ask you this, Do you believe in God? The reason I said this because I was you, our story sounds the same except my son passed 2months before his second birthday. I was so afraid of having this surgery, I too said what if I die, I too love food, I too suffered with high blood, diabetes and arthritis in my knees, but ,I never ever had surgery a day in my life , never been put to sleep, heck I never broken a bone, so imagine how I was feeling, just like you. But when I stepped out and allowed God to step in and trust him fully with my life my worries begin to fade away. I can say I never gave fear a second thought on that operating table on September 14, 2016 yes last month I had the RNY surgery. Think of your health , have strength and put your power into play , fear not. You just put it all in Gods hands . you will do just fine
