  1. No I wouldn't do it again. Wish I never did it at all. I am 6.5 weeks out. Worse decision of my life. I read you want to lose 50 lbs. For 50 lbs? No way. Never.

I said I lost 50lbs a few years back. Gained it all back. I was lower BMI than most but have more than 50 to lose. Hope you feel better tho.

You must be bursting with anticipation for tomorrows surgery. I'm excited for you. A start to your healthy new life. It's motivating to hear about other peoples experiences with WLS. It's a whole other thing to have your own experience with this.

I would absolutely have weight loss surgery again!

I am nervous as hell because this is getting pretty real! But pics and stories like you help me believe that could be me soon. You're an inspiration so thank you!! And congrats on your success!! I bet you do things now you never thought you'd do - great job!

  3. I am only 9 weeks out but I would not do it again as of right now. I feel horrible and can eat or drink very little. It makes me feel like a sick person- whereas before I just felt like a fat person.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I've read a lot trying to make a decision on this and it seems some people have a rough start but that things do get better. I certainly hope this is the case for you as well and soon!!! Xoxo

  4. No doubt I'd do it again. I still struggle with food but this tool is really helping. I feel much better and have way more energy. Good luck!!

  5. My BMI was 35.4 at the time of surgery. I'm 10 weeks post op and don't regret it at all. The first few days were harder than I expected so keep realistic expectations since everyone is different. I thought mine would be a cake walk which set me up for quite a struggle those first few days.

Thx Kelliev. I had a breast reduction and Tummy Tuck a few years ago (totally backwards order right?!). I am hoping that prepared me and I have some idea what to expect but def getting nervous.
