  6. I have the Fitbit blaze and love it. Purchased it at Best Buy with rewards. What I enjoy most are the challenges. It motivates me to move and try to not end up in last place! My favorite is the workweek hustle. I have been in a group where several were getting 6k miles by 10am! I also track my Water and weight as well. Well worth it! 10. Congratulations! I loved reading about your experience! I'm about 5 weeks out and would appreciate trying some of your soup recipes. Also, when did your start exercising and what did you initially start with? This has been one of the most inspiring posts I have read since I found this forum. All the best to you and thank you for sharing. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  12. Hello all! I am a female and was sleeved on 9/12. My stats: Starting weight:249 Current weight: 225 Height 5:7 I am hoping to connect with someone who is further out in the process but started with similar numbers. I would be grateful for a mentor who can guide me on this journey. Many thanks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I did a search on "stall" and there is a very good post titled "Embracing the stall." I tried to copy and past here but could not get it to work. If you are able to find it, there is good information. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. Same here. I was sleeved on 9/12. Had been losing about a pound a day. I decided Sunday to not weigh until today and only down 2 pounds. I'm in the soft food stage, getting about 40 ounces of Water per day and walking 3 miles 6 days a week. I feel really down today. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  19. I'm not yet on regular foods - soft stage but still haven't felt that feeling. I have been careful because I don't want to feel it but would really like to know what my limits are. This was a great question. Thanks for asking and I'm interested it what others will post. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  21. Congratulations to all who are now in onederland! Definitely inspiring for me. One small goal I have is to be able to zip up a pair of tall boots I have. LOL. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. I was sleeved on 9/12 and have lost 10 pounds. I was a little discouraged by the number but my BMI is 38. The first day post op was painful (gas) but walking really helped. I encourage anyone experience this to take short walks and it will elevate the pain. I had my one week appointment last week and it went well. Only issue was that my Vitamin d level was 22. I was advanced to puréed food but still drink at least one Protein shake a day. I did try the Isopure zero carb Water this week. Has anyone tried this? It has 40 grams of protein in a 20 ounce bottle. I purchased the grape flavor (a bit chalky) but not bad. I'm also getting about 40-50 ounces of water per day and up to 4K steps. I'm working on increasing the steps over the next couple of weeks. No pain from surgery but I do get fatigued fairly quickly. Good luck to all the September sleepers. We can do this! 23. Me too! I've only been on full liquids but it just seemed like a lot. I am glad to hear this is normal for some. I've been very careful and don't want to do anything to damage the sleeve. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  25. Hello all! I was sleeved on 9/12! Yeah. I do have a concern. At this point I am able to take in about 4-5 ounces of liquid but I don't really feel anything. Should I be feeling some kind of restriction? I just hope I didn't go through all of this for nothing. How can I really tell my stomach is smaller? This is so stressful.
