I wanna to Tummy Tuck to remover all my wrinkly and hanging skin. I pretty much bounced back. I'm lucky tho. I had a breast lift the surgeon called it a reduction so insurance would pay.

I was an mean drunk too. I put my hands on my husband. I have so much regret it's never okay to do that male or females. The problem was already there b4 you went through this amazing process. Love yourself more. Do for you. I was lucky I got sober and he stuck around I was lucky he didnt kill/hit me back when I put my hands on him.

I cheated a bit too I drink a lot of coffee but it did become an issue bc it's a diuretic and I needed to drink even more Water.

I've gained 6 lbs in the last 5 months and I can't seem to stop myself from over eating. I was good for a year and a half. It's been bad over the last 3 months. It happened when it was time for maintenance I started gaining. You can gain it back!!! Terrifying!

I believe I had more than normal hair loss. I got it around three months then again at 9 months. Mines is still not the same. I had thick hair now it fine and weak. I'm almost 2 yrs out. Everyone experience is different.

I'm trying to get back on track. When I was going through my process carbs were not even talked about all they said is healthier foods and even suggested foods that had carbs. I have been steered wrong? Ugh....so since I'm on this awesome forum I decided to try low carb IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE!! They're everywhere I need a complete broken down list of okay foods. What's left to eat?! I'm hanrgy....lol

At my highest weight I got up to J cup but I always had really Bigg boobs but when I lost all the weight my boobs totally deflated hanging sagging skin was left over. I got a "reduction" to a C cup. I miss my big boobs but surprisingly happy with my cute little perky boobs too.
Insurance covered my surgery.
