    Understood and no judgement. It can be very frustrating to stall out for long periods. I stalled for over a month during my active weight loss period. I bet your body is just adjusting to your new lifestyle, and will allow weight loss again soon. We are all here for you when you need us!

    Good morning all and happy Weigh In Wednesday! I am so happy to see some goals reached and many of us marching right up to almost goal. My apologies for updating last weeks so late. So much holiday stress. This holiday season was brutal for me. Trying to balance and maintain was a true challenge. I gained this past week. I resolve to get back on track, and get more fit.     I applaud your honesty, and also for your seeing the counselor. The great news is that you are aware of your bad habits, and being aware is a really big step forward. In time I really believe you will work through those demons. I am over a year out and I have not kicked all of mine, but I am so much better. Be proud of the steps you have taken thus far. You will get there, and with the help of a counselor, you can kick most of your food demons out of your life! Its not easy, my hat is off to you.

    Hope you all had a wonderful holiday!!!! Happy Weigh-In Wednesday!!! I am doing OK, pretty much maintaining which was my goal. Christmas was full of temptation, and, not much time for exercise. I had a beautiful, small plate of healthy Christmas yumminess ( 3 oz prime rib, a little salad and a bite of potato) and for some reason got horribly, terribly nauseous. Running a lot but also not paying enough attention to logging meals.     Good morning everyone! Spreadsheet is updated with Weight in for Wednesday 12/13! There is so much progress this week!! I am seeing the best kind of success from so many posts...1-3 lbs loss steady for a week. Impressive!!! I am hanging steady, but man is it hard for me during the holidays. How do you turn down that frosty snowman cookie staring at you? Lol!! Anyway, I'm running 3x a week and running around like a mad woman trying to prepare for a huge houseful of family coming soon. Stressing my poor husband out with housework and xmas shopping tasks! So many lists! But my solace honestly is getting out with my dog and running/jogging. In the brisk air, and FEELING how my endurance has improved over the past 3 months. What a GIFT this surgery and weight loss has been to me. Have a wonderful and successful week everyone.
