  1. i always drank my coffee with sugar free creamer.
  2. A lot of the back pain can be from lying on the operating table.I had a revision and was on the table 3 hours.I had a lot of back pain. The gas pains that take a while to go away and the back pain was made better by walking around to relief the stiffness.
  3. Try adding more fiber.It might help.
  4. Figure out where you are eating and look at the menu.You can google the nutrition values too ,to help you decide.
  5. i'm in O'Fallon,MO.Sleeved in 2011.Revision to bypass due to acid reflux Nov. 22 2016.28 lbs down.
  6. I was sleeved in 2011.The had a really bad cough that wouldn't go away.Dry cough.It was acid reflux.I didn't have the normal symptoms.I had revision to bypass Nov 2016.No meds helped with my reflux.Dr said the only way to get rid of it.
  7. You can always look up calories and other nutrition values on Google before you go.
  8. I get it when I eat too fast or forget to chew enough.As soon as symptoms start stop eating.I find walking a around some helps sometimes.

  10. Don't be afraid of bypass,especially if it can reverse your diabetes.I was afraid of it initially.So I had the sleeve in 2011.Nov 22 2016 I had bypass because of severe acid reflux issues.Best decision I made.

  12. I had this issue too.I thinned the potatoes more with milk.I still have some problems with certain foods.i'm 7 weeks out.
  13. Had thee sleeve in 2011.Went form 290 to 224.Then gained to 240.Had thee revision to bypass Nov. 22,2016.I have lost 27 post -op 7 weeks.I had it done for Reflux issues.No complications.Feel good
  14. I have used a cpap for years.Mine does ramp up and also find using nasal pillows a lot more comfortable.When you lose weight you will need another sleep study.If you have a stuffy nose try using an antihistamine,to clear your nose and tubes to your ears.

  16. My Dr fixed my Hiatal Hernia when he did the sleeve in 2011.Evenually it failed and acid reflux was horrible.I had a revision to bypass on Nov. 22,2016.No more acid reflux.
  17. This is normal.This too shall pass.Find other things to do to occupy your time.
  18. How disappointing.So sorry surgery wasn't completed.Rest and talk with your dr. maybe there is something else that can be done.

  20. Kaylamh I got my card from drs office.Not everyone accepts it.I have used it at different places.They charge a kids price or senior discount.
  21. I use generic Lubriderm.Works great.I out it on my feet too with socks.
  22. My Doc said I could have 2 cups regular coffee day.After that it had to be decaf.I have had no problems.
  23. Dr. Told me you can open the Procare capsule and put it in your shake or food.It will go down better later.
  24. Can also be a sign of low B12.Check in with your dr.
