  4. The doctor usually tell U to start 2 weeks before surgery. Well I started myself in June. I knew my surgery was in September. I took responsibility to start. Because it is challenging to change your mind. these bad habits have bought U to having this surgery. By the time I was really suppose to start the 2 weeks of liver shrinking diet,I had lose 12 lbs. Which helped my surgery go better for me and the Dr. Please put forth this effort. This is not for the faint at heart. It takes your time and commitment.   5. No your not the only one who has these feelings. This process is challenging. I feel I need to see psychologist. But not right now. We all have our thoughts. I think about pizza, subs etc. But this why I had the surgery. Not being able to control my eating portions. We should be eating like this anyway. I was sleeved on 9.7.16. I'm having my moments. I'm 30 lbs down. I feel much better. I'm gonna hang in there. I pray your strength. I gets better. I have friends that have made it through this with good results.   6. Don't be scared. Your fear will bring about even worse things. This is a journey. A learning process. It's not for faint of heart. I was sleeved 9.7.16. I've had some challenges.   13. Yes, my support was 50/50. People that don't have weight issues don't understand. Pushing away from the table anit that easy. I'm 3 weeks post op. I feel so much better. Do what's best for you.
