I also have 2 different flavors of vegan Protein powder to add to them if my taste does change. Awww, no need to freak out. I just won't have help when I get home, so I'm preparing for after as well. I won't have anyone to run to the store if I need anything. I had to buy my own. I found some dissolving ones, but they weren't a match to how much of each I needed. I would have been taking so many of them a day. I have to do chewable or dissolving. Well I'm on 2 shakes a day before and after surgery, and costco had a sale on my shakes I paid a little over a dollar each. I have a baby food maker that I found on Craigslist for a whopping $10. It steams and purees to make different consistency. I got some mashed potatoes, just add Water, my nutritionist warned me about not feeling up to do alot after surgery, so I tried to shop for before and after. I have some canned chicken not too excited to try for after surgery. I won't have much help after surgery so I'm trying to prepare as much now. I also have a baby container with ozs on it so I can drink my 1oz evert 15mins. The Powerade is for after. I also got 2 boxes of gas x when I coupons now I have to sort thru my clothes and find sweatpants for my recovery. Wow, I'm glad I posted my date in the title! Alot of us will be having surgery on the same day. We should try to check in with each other I've been overweight since I was 2 yrs old, lol. Yea, I haven't told anyone either. Only my family knows. I tried to do sleeve a cpl of yrs ago and everyone had an opinion. I told my boss I was having surgery, but didn't tell him what kind. I'm on 2 shakes a day for before and after. For my 1st week, I have to take away something each day. Today is sweets. I work overnight, so I've been sleep, but I'm about to try the broth and egg noodles for the 1st time. By week 2, I have to be on a full liquid diet. I've lost 20 lbs during my 6mon program, can't wait to see how much I lose, this 2wks I'm also excited about the Purge, lol. Clearing my closet later on today. No more holding on to clothes just in case I gain the weight back. My nutritionist was worried about me cause I lack a good support system. I tried Google and wasn't finding anything.
