I'm one week post op! Down 12 lbs. im so over sweets. I started mixing my Protein powder with muscle milk to try and gag down 50mg of protein in one shake. I had tomato soup tonight and it was absolutely the best thing I have had in my mouth in 8!days. Just a few spoonfuls changed my life! Lol I see my dr Wednesday and going to HOPEFULLY get some ideas on variety, I wish everyone luck on their new adventure and all the protein and lack of chewing has not changed my mind one bit.....
