So glad to hear you are doing well. I think you are doing great! I haven't lost 25lbs in a year for at least 20 yrs lol. At least it's coming off. I should try to make that crust and get good at it before my surgery. My daughter made it for me a few months ago and I loved it! Good luck at mtg tomorrow and I'll for sure be at the 12-3 mtg. I know at mine here in Des Moines I met with a nurse who entered info in computer and asked questions then the surgeon came in we discussed which surgery and she showed me how it's done. She asked questions too on past surgeries and meds then pressed on belly. Then the dietitian came in she showed me how they help me then the insurance lady came in and told me what was expected by my insurance. I then left and scheduled those appts like with cardiologist and psych dr. It was a good learning experience. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I know so many have said they wish they could have done this 10 years ago. You are young and I hope they help you so you don't have to fight this horrible disease for years to come. Keep us posted! Sir that's great on your losses and how you are feeling. I have heard some can eat more then they thought they should be able to as well. Have you talked to your dietitian do they think that's normal for where you are at? And maybe when you say more I'm sure it's lots less then what we would be used to. Keep up the great work! Lucky I'm so glad you are feeling better! Congrats on the 2lb loss! That's great. I know my sister started walking after her surgery she never was a walker but she swears that helped the lbs come off. Hope you continue to feel good and keep losing. I'll keep you posted on my info. Hang in there Lucky look at it this way if you lost at least 20 lbs that's 5 lbs a week when have we ever lost that much in a week. Lol What is the topic of group tomorrow do you know?
