I had endoscopy, they found H Pylori which was bad. I had to get rid of that before I could move forward. They told me that's one of the things they look for, because u don't heal properly with having the H Pylori virus Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

I think u are not suppose to do a lot of exercising in the beginning. They said that it's harder to lose weight if you start to exercise too much. Check with your bariatric doctor or nurses aide or whoever to give you more help I think you should be losing more weight than that God's blessings and there is more weight to lose down the road.
