Y'all!! I ate a Brussel sprout and I didn't die!!

Today has been better than yesterday. Sipping water very slowly. I have choked down about 1/4 of a little jell-o cup. Thank goodness for pain pills!

Glad to be on the other side of this surgery! I don't feel great, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be!

I'm sure I'll be hating them a few days into my pre-op diet but I have to say... Bariatric Fusion protein powder with skim milk is the best I've tried so far!

Day 2 of my self-imposed liquid pre-op diet hasn't been so bad. Surgery Wednesday morning. 98 pounds down now. Still hoping I get to 100 pounds down before surgery!

Blaah....day 10 and I'm feeling sad. The monotomy of this pre op diet is wearing on me. However I've perservered. Very anxious about things, surgery coming up this Wednesday. My weight loss has slowed down significantly since last week. Only lost 2 more pounds which bums me out when I have not so much as licked a spoon that I shouldn't have. On a brighter note, I feel good as far as my aches and pains go, in spite of the fact that I've had no ibuprophen since the 12th.

Had my pre-op appointment at the hospital this morning. Everything is set to go for next Wednesday.

At just over 4 months post-op I've already lost 71% of my excess weight! (76 pounds)...I only have 31 more pounds until I'm at my goal weight!!

A month from today I will be on the Loser's Bench! Can't come soon enough!

301 pounds this morning. Only 4 to go before 100 down with surgery a week from tomorrow. I haven't been below 300 pounds since early 2010. I can't wait!!

Woot woot!!! I got a date - surgery 10/18/16 - loser's bench here I come (in 32 days)! :-)

I AM FREAKING OUT. I just got home from a loooong day of class (12 hours) and I weighed out of curiosity... and I am UNDER 200! I'm glad no one was here with me to see me breaking down and sobbing like a toddler but my goodness! I can't believe I'm here, and it actually happened!
