After 21 total days of liquids, I was given permission to move onto well-cooked green beans, string cheese, and cottage cheese 4 days early. Looking forward to seeing how this goes!

Last day of work before surgery!!! It's hard to believe it's almost time!

ugh, not only do i need a vacation change of scenery, i clearly need a week off from here too.

I have to say - I never expected my experience as a comprehensive sex educator to be useful on this board. LOL.

I dug into my old clothes box today. I'm fitting into a lot of this stuff I haven't worn in YEARS.

I should've gone to a different school.......one I could be proud of on game days.

Went about one bite too far tonight and I knew it. Felt too full afterward. Really gotta pay attention to how you feel, not used to doing that!

What a night..... Dinner with one guy and drinks with another.... then ended that night at a "gentlemen s" club. How did that happen.

1/2 way to goal!!!

I have my 3 month check-up tomorrow. Down nearly 50 lbs since surgery day. Better yet I lost a whopping 8 inches from my waist, 5 inches from my thighs! Shopping is fun again. Everything is fun again. I have to figure out how to post pics so I can show off. The ego boost is real.

I went to see Elton John in concert last night. I know that has nothing to do with weight loss... lol... However, I did log some extra steps walking from the casino parking lot to the River Center!!! I've been loving his music since I was a little girl. It was awesome. Life is good!

OMG my surgery is tomorrow!!!!!

All day continuation education class and they bring in pastries and bagels for breakfast. I'm sure lunch will be pizza and cookies will be brought in this afternoon. I'll just sit here with my pineapple, almonds, cheese sticks and jerky.

I'm halfway to goal! 56 lbs lost, 56 to go...

Slap me silly. I thought I'd hit a plateau, but no-o-o, I simply slowed by loss by several days of bad eating. Isn't it funny that smart eating works? Maybe I needed the goof because I feel reenergized to do this right.

Day 1 of my pre-op liquid diet! Pre-admission testing done this morning! It's starting to feel like this actually may be happening!

I am having sleeve surgery tomorrow and I am really feeling nervous.
