  2. I add unflavored Protein powder to Protein shakes, chicken broth and yogurt to get my protein in.

  12. I took a robe, toothbrush, toothpaste, & phone charger that's it. I wore a comfortable jogging suit and hard bottom slippers to hospital and wore the same thing back home. They gave me a tube of lip moisturizer. Took shower when I got home.
  13. I was only nausea about 10 mins. Nurse gave me meds in my iv for it and I haven't been nausea since. Did your dr give you meds for it?Yes they gave me like 3 different things.   17. @@mrssoupmix sounds like I had the same pre op diet as you. I lost 15lbs in the two weeks. Dr said my liver was easy to work around
  18. Congratulations! Next Wednesday for me. I am anxious to be where you are. @@mrssoupmix you will be just fine. I'm up walking the halls by myself. Very little discomfort in surgical area now but that's it! Gas pains have subsided from walking, it's like did I really have major surgery.
  19. I was sleeved today. YAYYYY! Surgery was excellent, recovery a little nausea gave me medicine for it haven't been nausea since. Gas pains in between breast and top of stomach just very annoying. Going walking soon to relieve it. So happy for my new chapter in life!
