I think 35 pounds down is huge!! 239 is really not that big of a number so you will lose slower than some at higher weights. I wouldn't be discouraged by the way the camera made you feel. Try to distract yourself with looking at your son or other focus of the photos. Things that make you happy. Also the depression and emotions could be a big part of the hormone flux that accompanies this surgery. Try to keep you spirits up, walk more and get some fresh air. I feel similar some days and I try to distract myself and play with my kids and it makes me feel better.
