My surgery is scheduled for 8/30 so I've been on this pre-op liquid diet and I'm dying!!! How do u do it!???! - feeling hungry ????????????

That's great!! U n i will be 2 weeks apart ???? this liquid diet is soooo hard. I'm only 2 days in and it feels like an eternity.
Actually it was great. No pain, the medical staff was great. I barely remember anything- last thing joking about "air mask".How did it go?? My sx date is 8/30

Today I will have my leak x-ray and tomorrow I'm going home.
I think that sticking strictly to my liquid diet and being active really helped a lot.

Canceled surgery

Yesterday I had my pre-op visit with my surgeon. While in the waiting room, a lady came in and they gave her money back (check payment for Vitamins, Protein, ect.) Which means she had went throught the pre-op liquid diet... why would a surgery get canceled?? Just wondering bc I'm scared
