    I'm not feeling well today. Stupid constipation! I emailed my WLS team to see if it's okay to take fiber supplements to prevent constipation. MoM is gross!

    I have a full-thickness tear in my rotator cuff, so surgery on 9/13. Ugh, and yay all at the same time. Glad it can be repaired surgically, not looking forward to an immobilized right arm for 6 weeks :(

      I'm sorry about my story too. I was just trying to commiserate with Shelterdog64, not compete with the horror stories as well. As I said before I only want to wish her good luck and a quick recovery. I shouldn't have shared and I'm sorry . :-(

      I don't want to be disheartening, but my mom had that surgery and like the others said, it's painful. In my mom's case it was a long recovery too. It took her a year to recover but she was in her 60's when she had hers. Good luck to you and I wish you a speedy recovery.
