I use them as well. I was worried they would not stick or stick and feel "bulky", i am very pleased with them and even forget during the day they are there. The envelope sits next to my daily medicine so i remember to change it in tye morning.

I felt the same way a week or two out before surgery. But then i realized i have done that before and always reverted back to my eating habits. Now if i eat too much i feel absolutely terrivle because i ate more than i could have. I have realized it was very much worth the surgery and do not regret it...down 15 lbs in a week

Im sure it depends on your body just like any diet, i was sleeved on 9/21 and im down 15 lbs. It is hard because im a single dad and i make my boys dinner nightly so i get very hungry as you can imagine lol. Stick to walking and your shakes...protein and Water are very important

I am going through an emotional roller coaster ride. I have help for when i come home but how will my body react? Will i be hungry for five days before i get to Protein drinks? Worried because i hear horror stories about surgeries gone bad.
