  1. Well I had a Mommy Make Over which consisted of a tummy tuck, Brazillian butt lift, breast implants and liposuction. Follow Dr. Miami on Snapchat. The tummy tuck was the worst. I thought I was going to die. It is outpatient surgery and total recovery was a total of 8 weeks. Thanks I love having my stomach so tight. Oh when they did the tummy tuck they also sewed my stomach muscles together. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. My gallbladder was removed. I am in the hospital now being admitted. I am severely constipated. Going to try a colon cleanse. I am kind of freaking out because they originally came in and told me that my CT scan showed an appendicitis. However my appendix was removed years ago. They looked at the scan again in told me that because of my gastric bypass surgery my insides are all tangled. So that's why they made the mistake. ??? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I cannot use any salt except sea salt due to allergies also I am allergic to adhesive so cannot do the Patches. My potassium always runs low and it hurts so bad when they run it through my veins. I live in Florida so it's pretty warm. I also do home meditation and do my own version at home of stretches!! Thanks for the tips. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I have tried high sugar but get horrible dumping syndrome and veggies are out due to to much gas. I actually did not have the surgery due to weight but actually because I had horrible reflux and I was not emptying all the way from my gastric emptying test. I was only emptying at 80%. But it was a plus to lose the weight. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  6. Hello! I am having a similar problem. I am weak and sick almost everyday. I'm 7 months out and down 120lbs. I cannot tolerate any Protein drinks as I get sick immediately. My surgeon suggested enzymes and probiotic which neither of them worked to make me not so sick. Between the nutritionist and the doctor there seems to be confusion. My doctor told me to stop all Vitamins and then the nutritionist tells me not to stop taking them. I told the nutritionist that I am getting sick everyday so she tells me to stop all vitamins and come in for monthly B12 shots. This past week I am down 10 lbs and I'm nervous I'm going to be to thin. I barley have any body fat on me at all. Any help?? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  11. My surgery was 06/2016 and have lost 110lbs. I feel great now that I have been through all the rough patches! There is one thing that I can't figure out though. I know we are supposed to keep sugar to a minimum intake however when I do take in sugar (more then allowed) I feel weak, sweaty, and nauseated. Does this happen to anyone else and does anyone else have the same? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  16. I feel your pain. However you will just stop thinking about those foods. You can teach yourself by eating there and see what happens. Not being mean but it's what I had to do. Also you seem like you need a better support system. Make sure to stay in touch on here. Lastly tell your family if they want it they can go get it when they are able to see while driving.
