Im 3.5 months post RNY and have lost an amazing amount of weight. I've been extremely strict with myself!
I went to a year end function and helped myself to a few Snacks as a treat....
Two days later I weighed in and had picked up over a kilogram / half a pound!!!
It's coming off very slowly too... With ONLY shakes and lots of exercise.
Can anyone shed any light or hope? Am I going to be on shakes for the rest of my life in order to maintain my weight?
