So sometime last week, I got the call saying that my insurance approved me! My last dietician appt is nov 1st and I meet with my surgeon on nov 4th! I'm so excited but I'm anxious now. Just a random thought and I haven't had the chance to ask my surgeon yet but has anyone had the depo shot and has had the surgery?? Today and it went pretty good. She told me that it wasn't graded yet but from what I told her and what she wrote down that I'd be okay to move on to the next steps!! Now only 2 more dietician appts. Mine was 3 1/2 hours. Two parts. First part I was on the computer answering "true or false" questions. It was about 350ish questions for the first questions. And then I want to say 100 for the next set. Then, after that I talked to the psychologist for about an hour. Today, I had my first nutritionist appt!!! One down, 2 more to go. She just went over things with me. She basically told me my BMI is 40.1. I'm JUST qualified. She said, "I know I'm not supposed to say this because I'm a dietician BUT if you lose anymore weight they will deny you." Holy moly. if I lose anymore than one pound I'll be denied.
