  13. How much fluids are you drinking. I was told to drink 64 oz a day. I don't eat 1/2 hr. before or after meals. This helps a lot of time I'm not really hungry, I'm thirsty.
  14. I go to Costcos and buy there chicken salad put it in 4 oz containers for the week. Then I made Protein balls with 2 scoops Quest Protein powder, 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, 1 tsp vanilla,1/2 cup oats,1 tsp agave and a splash of milk you mix and roll into balls makes 10 balls. 60 cal each, 7 grams of protein I let people at work, try them and they loved them also. Going to try almond butter instead of peanut butter next.

  22. I have only told a few people so far I don't feel it is everybody's business I am a blabber mouth also but I don't want to hear any negativity. The few that I have told have mainly been supportive. Actually I am very lucky my husband is my biggest supporter. My daughters when I told them were supportive. In the past I had considered bypass they were not supportive of that.
