I was sleeved on 8/5.

So far, so good. I'm not having any issue getting my fluids in. Recovery was easy. The incisions are healing okay. 1 is still painful when I twist or turn, and 2 look like they are not going to heal very well. The other 2 look fine.

I've been on a clear liquid diet the past week (plus 2 wks pre-op), but today was my 1st day on a full liquid diet. I walked two miles to BJs instead of taking the bus. I did take the bus home b/c by the time I finished shopping, I was drained. I stocked up on Protein shakes, SF Jello, SF applesauce, and a few other things for the next week. I've been saving so many recipes; I'm dying to try them out once I can eat normal food. This liquid thing makes me want to throw myself into a brick wall.

My focus recently was locating a Registered Dietician to help me with the post-op diet. I've done that now. My next step is finding a therapist or psychologist who can help me with food issues.

How are you doing?

I'm doing good ,I'm just frustrated I know I need to be patient an stop getting on the scale. I'm ready to work out. However house work and kids get me really tired. patch MD B12 work very well. I need to refocus and recreate my recovery. This is the 3 time around for me.

I'm doing good I've lost 14 lbs since 8/3 and dr says I'm doing good incisions look good but I do have pain from the middle which is the largest one. Still on full liquid diet as well till Tuesday. It's hard for me at times since I have 5 kids and cooking for them I smell the food and I wanna eat it lol just because I know how good my food is I have actually bit pieces and chew them and spit them out just for the flavor I know I feel bad when I have did it. But I'm not letting it get the best of me. I'm anxious to work out but I know walking and arm weights are the only thing I can do now.

wow fantastic. I go back to work on thursday.

I was sleeved from band on 08/09/16.

Having a tough time but doing well considering the complications some have undergone.

Just wanted this pain to go away.
