You put into words exactly how I feel and I'll add feeling alone and lonely. My surgery is 9/13. I don't have a time yet. Good luck and good health to you

If you haven't done so already you may want to research all options. Such as the balloon. The way I'm understanding you may not have a history of obesity and may need a different type of tool for support. I wish you wellness.

I'm 57 and going on 9/13. I'm very worried about age impacting this plan. How are you feeling?

My surgeon said that people can stretch their loch over time. He was referring to people who after healing gradually eat too much. He said if not careful, people 3-5 years out can cause that.

Hi Ryan. Its so nice to hear from someone in my age bracket. I'm 57 and regret that I've waited so long. I'm concerned that I will lose very slowly. What amazing progress you have had. I wish you continued success. Congratulations!

In my opinion you should make an appt. With your surgeon. Your husband should go with you. You should state firmly the diagnosis that you read without stating how you found out. You had injury to your body and you were not informed. How dare they not tell you!! You don't know If some complication could come from this later. You should then get legal council. Your anger is earned and justified. Best wishes to you

I looked in shop rite and online. Shop Rite doesn't carry it but they had Zero Artic. After surgery I'll order it on line. I assume they come in freezer boxes but some of the reviews said it was melted when they got it.

Go to the doctor. It may need to be adjusted or it may have slipped. You're having pain so they will get you in right away. Good luck

Great! Mine is 9/13. I'm nervous and excited. I had the band years ago. They're removing it and doing the sleeve at the same time, if all goes well.

Garage sales and moving sales are great for buying used appliances. I just got my daughter a oster blender, coffee maker and mixer for $10.00. I get premier shakes at BJs wholesale and costco. Good luck

I was denied first then I filed an appeal, sleep apnea, thyroid disease and the denial was overturned. I also got all the requirements done in 6 weeks, stress test, blood work, psych, endoscopy, dietician.... That made a big difference in getting Sept surgery date. Good health to you

Almost time for pumpkin spice...

If you make brewed coffee you can add the pumpkin spice and a little stevia to the pre brewed grounds. Don't use a lot. Trial and error for the amount.
