Hello wonderful people....today I am starting my liquid diet. I am scheduled for the 29th of august. My surgeon requires that I lose or maintain my current weight but from what I have been reading I decided to take it upon myself to lose some visceral fat, especially around my liver. I flew from California to halifax Canada almost in tears because every time I put my seat belt on I would push down on my fat just so I didn't have to ask for an extender. My husband was watching me and asked me if i wanted him to ask for one for me. I was so embarrassed and he probably was to. There was no more slack and I made it work some how. Great response. I'm pre-op and after my own research I learned that skin is ruined if it's stretched out so yeah.....I'd rather loose it fast but I agree with all of what u said here. I want to be small and I don't think skin matters. I do it in the dark as it is already lol. Atleast now I'll be able to fit into the lingerie and shape wear I want.
