  1. Good morning, I have had so much Emotionally challenges in the last few months 3 family or close friends passing away so I've been eating Hersey bars and Drinking Cokes.

    I need to get back on track anybody ever have to retrain their minds and body to get back on Track?????

  3. Sorry think my message with to the general forum still trying to figure this out. I have had my 6 Week check up and I was down 32% of my total body weight which was the highest with loss in the group so my weight wasn't an issue at that point as fas as stalling and going up and down in the 242-247 range. So with that being said I am now released from my Dr. And NUT. My NUT was always mean and short with us I thought it was because she wanted to push us I didn't realize that I was not aware there was so much information I was missing.

    My clothes are a big difference I was a 3x pants and now I am a XLarge. So that is a difference.

  4. Oh sweetie! That's not being nosy, it's a very valid pre op question. You will have tons of responses but for me this-

    - I can walk. And walk a lot!

    - I can touch my toes and cross my legs and reach around my back to fasten my bra

    - I am no longer tied to the "living to eat" modality, rather I eat to live. This is key, because more often than not, I don't experience hunger and I need to remind myself to eat

    - I can tour college campuses with my children and this one is huge because last year with my son I could not and it really became a focus for me during this process. There is nothing worse than taking your child to see colleges and sitting around waiting while they are touring.

    - my chronic conditions have literally disappeared, including my rheumatoid arthritis - the disease which got me to obese to begin with

    -I FEEL GREAT! And have more self confidence than I've experienced in years

    - I'm much more social than I've been in years

    -I can "keep up" with anyone!!

    - I can shop off the rack anywhere now

    There are so many more, we call them NSV's- non surgical victories- things that you don't realize -or that you were missing it- until after it happens and the light bulb goes off.

    I am struggling to get in my 64oz Fluids

    I am also struggling to get my Protein in I only eat 2 times a day not taking Vitamins but do take the Calcium chews. I need a motivation Buddy who can help me get going in the right direction! I have been stalled since 8/1/16 I go between 242.0 and 247.6 I have no clue of what counting my micos are and my NUT is 60.00 for 15 minutes and is been so I've just been trying on my own. I need like a out line of what to eat for a day?? I dont like the Protein shakes at all no Isopure, not the one in the red and white carton, non of them taste right. I do walk like 10,500 steps a day I love walking!!!! I growing really sad and just need some help of someone like you who is Great Success. When I do eat I eat fast and it hurts my stomach. And I end up with burping and what I think is refereed to as bial??? Will this stretch my stomach out even if its still only 4-5 oz???? HELP if you can.

  5. Hey all im in a weird head space after being in whats called a stalled state and gaining.

    Sleeved 7/13/16 weight 275.0

    1st Week follow up 7/21/16 wt 255.0

    6 Week check up 8/24 wt 245.0

    I have stayed here in the 242.2 To 247.0

    Range 8/24. I walk 2 miles a day and burn off between 150-200 calories. im without a doubt not over eating maybe even under eating..... Not getting the 64oz of fluids in and pretty sure the Protein is not 40-60gm either im off track mentally and I can't digest the multi Vitamin makes me hurl even on a full stomach the smell alone makes me gag. so I don't take it either. I've tried every Protein shake know to man don't like any of them but im pretty sure I should be drinking them less and less by now and learning how to eat normal food correctly again and finding my Protein in food. feel like I need a support partner terribly to push me and help me I've short of given up and I know mu body has the potential to still loose another 50lbs. Please NO judgement I didn't join the group to be beat up on. Just need to know what others did or are doing because I can't be the only one that has been through this. What did others do or are doing to push through

    And Alternatives to Vitamins

    Can anyone offer me a template of what you are eating daily?

  6. Hello all I have a question I need information on GENEPRO??? Any success stories out there from using this AND how does 1 spoon contain 30grams of Protein???? I am struggling with my Protein in take BIG time and need to know if this is Proven to work!!!??

    Six Week check up Weight 247.5

    Yesterday weeks Weigh In 242.6

    But I'm terribly concerned I'm loosing muscle and not weight I'm only getting about 15-20 grams at best Protein and eating 2 times a day I wanted to start working out today but I'm afraid I will become ill with my current intake as a whole.

  7. I don't like yogurt. I don't eat it. Just because people are eating yogurt doesn't mean you have to. Like you I went through a lot of yogurt options and came to the conclusion I don't just dislike yogurt, I HATE it.

    There are lots of other options for Protein. And I find the macros on yogurt, even the "good" yogurt to suck.

    Find something you like that fits your plan, it doesn't have to be yogurt.

    Thanks so much when were you sleeved? How is your progress going? What are Macros? And what are you eating I'm so lost!

  8. KristenLe 100% Full Disclosure I'm just winging it I don't know what the hell I'm doing or how to measure all this out so I just try to eat less to be safer than sorry. I'll have:

    1 yogurt for Breakfast @ 7am

    1 piece of meat half the size of the palm of my hand and eat less than half and maybe some sauteed tomatoes and onions @ 4112am

    1 bottle of Dasani Water

    dinner I'll have ground turkey over rice like a Table Spoon each 1 Dasani Water 16.9oz

    And I'll smack on laughing cow Swiss cheese triangles like 3 a day and that's all I eat
