That is freaking awesome! Good for you and what an inspiration. My highest weight was 386lbs. As of this morning I weight 291lbs. My surgery date was 7/29/2016. Best decision i ever made! Happy early anniversary and keep on keeping!!Congrats, @@Justgotsleeved, on getting below 300 lbs. That is a big milestone! In terms of my weigh-ins, I'm a few weeks shy of my 1-year anniversary. My starting weight was 518 lbs. As of my weigh-in on Friday, my current weight is 255 lbs, so I'm down 263 lbs. I've essentially lost an NFL linebacker!

293 lbs as of this morning. Slow and steady wins the race. Just got back out yesterday on my daily walks after almost two weeks off my feet (doctors orders) felt great and should really help with these lbs melting off. How are you all doing with this journey? Can we get some weigh ins? Have a great week everyone!

For the first time in over 6 years....I weigh less then 300lbs. I'm at 299 as of this morning!!! Feeling awesome. I hurt my foot last week so have to stay away from my daily walks for two weeks but very excited about my results so far and can't wait to get back out there on those refreshing walks!! Have a great weekend everyone!

That's great! Good luck on your 5k! It's amazing the things we look forward to now. Physical activity?!?! That's great to hear. I'm participating in a walk next month that I registered for as a walker. Since I've been jogging/walking everyday I may just join the runners and wobble along side of them! stay consistent with the walking/jogging and you'll literally see the weight melt off of you by the day. It's a great feelingCongratulations! I got sleeved May 31 and just started walking/jogging 3 weeks ago. I should have started sooner but I had a rough recovery from surgery. I'm doing my 1st 5k in 2 weeks. So nervous and excited at the same time.

Down to 315 this crisp Monday morning. Feeling great. Don't mind me, I participated in a waste loss challenge and it ended last week but I like logging my weight every week so I may turn this thread into that. I apologize if that bothers anyone. And feel free to post your weights as well! Have a great day and week!

The day of surgery I weighed 370 lbs. Diabetic, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, kidney not 100%, just am all around, typical obese individual with no drive, no energy, just a desire to eat, always planning my next meal. The attached picture was yesterday's walk. By no means am I ready for a marathon, and there are definately people doing better then me, but I'm not in competition with anyone. I just left the doctors office where I was taken off of ALL MY MEDICATIONS! I weigh 317 lbs as of this morning and I haven't felt this good in MA NY years! Have a great day and thanks for reading. ????

Don't beat yourself up. The fact that you feel guilty is good in my opinion. You'll need to worry when you can eat the not so good foods and NOT feel guilty. Walk a little extra tomorrow. Tell yourself that's how you made up for it. Continue to think about the positives you're doing with Portion Control and exercising and don't stress too much about the occasional slip up...try and make them far and few. Lastly, rememeber this isn't a race. It's a new lifestyle, you'll make mistakes along the way, what's important is that you learn from them. Btw, I had my surgery 7/29/16. Down 38 lbs, and feeling great. Keep up the good work and you'll do great. ????

That's awesome! Great job! My next goal is to be able to jog some of the walk and eventually jog the whole way. Until then, I'm happy with what I've accomplished so far.

Thank you so much...it's mind over matter for me...I so don't want to go for my daily walks but I know I have too and I feel so good afterward. This is slowly starting to be the best decision I've ever made...I say slowly because like I said, I'm still a fat boy at heart and can't partake in pizza Fridays. Lol ????

My weight day of surgery was anice outstanding 370 lbs. Surgery was 7/29/2016. I'm down 37lbs and weighing 333lbs which feels pretty good. I'm off of all my high blood pressure medication along with most of my diabetic medication. The only sucky part is wanting to eat more because what you're eating is delicious but not being able to because 3 or 4 bites gets you full..I say "sucky" because I'm still a fat boy at heart. I eat with my eyes and rememeber what it was like pre surgery. Eating till I had to walk with a lean while holding my belly so it doesn't move much lol. First two weeks were miserable and I was a grumpy, crabby, all around horrible person to be around because I just wanted to eat. I'm currently on week 5 and feeling better then I have in years! Why am I putting all this here? First off because I'm damned proud of how far I've come and looking forward to how far I will get. The picture is the last few days of walking for me. I used to be at the brinks of death after walking a mile, today a little under 4 miles and I felt great! Someone out there is going through it and I hope this helps you. Good luck to all of us on our new way of life!

Man...I'm the heaviest one in this thread which is the kick in the rear end I need to keep up with my routine...I weighed 370 lbs just 3 weeks ago and down to 338 today. I can't wait to get out of the 300's and even beyond that. Good luck to everyone and thank you to the organizer for putting this together to help motivate and encourage us!

Cat scan didn't show anything so I am being discharged with pain meds and follow up with my surgeon in the morning. Currently not in pain because of the tremendously effective pain meds they pumped into me so for tonight, all is well...thank you for the thoughts and prayers..
