In 4 days I hit the one month mark since gastric. I had been at the 3 week stall and all of the sudden I lost 2 lbs. I was super excited. Yesterday all I had for the day was almost one full Protein Drink and I made tacos for my family. I took a little of the 90/10 hamburger meat , a little of the light sour cream, a sprinkle of the cheese, and about a tsp of fresh salsa and mixed ut up. That was my dinner. Tell me why I woke up almost 2 lbs heavier?!?! I am seriously so upset. It's like im never supposed to eat. Very discouraged. I know this is tmi but I haven't used the bathroom in like 5 days but dont feel like I need to either.

I never hit my Protein or Water reqs. I try I just can't yet. I do need ro move more for sure.

Thanks. I cannot get all the Protein and Water recommended in yet. They said it was normal and that my body may be in starvation mode. I can't seem to eat enough to burn more.

I had gastric bypass on Febuary 8th. I've lost 14 lbs since surgery. I have literally not list anything for the last 3-4 days. What's going on???

I habe to do 6 month suoervised as well. I havr to loose 25-30 lns but they don't want me to loose more than that

I am getting the sleeve done and I have to have a sleep study. I did at home.one and bombed it. I will be having the in clinic one in a few weeks.
