I finished all of my stuff in June and my insurance was trying to be a pain and demand a psych eval even though not in the policy that i would have to, well my surgeon tried to file paperwork thursday without a psych eval just a letter from surgeon stating that I never had any psych issues and got immediate approval, im was in shock and thought about calling the insurance company just to hear from them the yes but im afraid they will see something and change there mind lol. I have aetna primary which was the one giving issue and blue cross secondary. You will do good. do you have a surgery date yet?

you can do it one of two ways, you can either save the graphics to your computer as a gif file and then upload to a free hosting site such at photobucket and take the 4th code and copy and paste it into your signature box under your edit options section of lbt and it will show all the time. or you can refer to one of the posts that lana replied on this thread where she posted the link to her file share to where you can use the links u just copy and put a . where she wrote [dot] at and put it in your signature the same way and your good to go, i have messengers if you want to pm me on it and i can walk you through it but i dont get home till close to 1am central time.

Ok I have a question. I am willing to come up with something. I want to know what yall would kinda want on it, colors, etc. I will make a glitter one (i have a simple one in mind), then I will make one for the guys (they need to give there opinion all so) and then another for us women. As for the note yall I am so sorry that I sounded harsh. I have had alot of stuff going on insurance trying to screw me over and everything and plus pmsing i think (i have iud so dont know when that time is cause i dont have it kwim) But thank you for being understanding and sorry that we all took everything out of context.

the easiest way is if you have a photobucket account which is free you would right click on the design in my post save as a .gif then upload to photobucket and take the last code under the pic when its uploaded and paste it into your signature box.

definetly a great feeling, i thought bout calling insurance to double check but i was afraid that if i did they would find something wrong and take the approval back.

ok look how bout we just drop this all cause im tired of being accused of being rude when im definetly not, i was just stating that i had made it prior to anyone coming on here, didnt say it had to stick, and i do have stuff good to say, just hate that everyone seems to be argueing with me for some reason. congrats, my surgeon sent stuff to aetna on the 25th and i just found out on monday they are demanding me to do a psych eval now even though the clinical policy states other wise. So now Im waiting to get it done. There is not a psych within 30 miles form my house that is in network with aetna so im having to get a clinical deficiency and earliest i can get in with the psych the surgeon recommends is not till the 31st. I was hoping to be banded by aug 4th and it doesnt look like its going to happen so pray for me, and congratulations im really happy for u.

Sounds interesting im gonna mark this to remember after I have surgery.

oh btw i just tried my strawberry sorbet and lets just say i wont order it again, i cant even finish this one.
