I am 7 months post-op. My hair was falling out really bad. I started taking the Biotin and it helped a little but not as much as I had hoped. Recently i notcied when i wash with cool Water it isnt as bad and since I started to drink alot of green tea it seems to be better.

I had my surgery 12-17-15. The one thing I wish someone had told me was how much it would hurt to get out of bed, sit up, get in bed, adjust myself or sit on the toilet. The most important advice I can give is bring a pillow or stuffed animal (I had a pillow pet) something you can use to hug at your stomach area when you are getting up and down. That was seriously the greatest thing for the days and weeks after surgery! It puts just enough pressure but not too much! My first day I was so miserable so they brought me that and it was totally different. It helps so so so much! Game Changer!

A pillow is a MUST for the car ride home. The bumps along the road can be felt from the inside out and a pillow helps that pain a LOT.
