I had 3-4 Premier Protein or Pure Protein shakes a day for the two weeks leading up to surgery.
I had 2-3 Premier Protein shakes a day for the four weeks after surgery.
No regrets and I'll do it again if I need to accelerate weight loss.
There is entirely too much complaining among wls patients in general about the liquid diet. We chose to have surgery to help us address being morbidly obese. It takes effort on our part. If we can't do the liquid part of it.....then I'd submit we aren't ready to commit to the surgery and embrace the changes we'll each need to make.

Im about 10 days into my liquid diet out of 21 and ugh i am going crazy. i'll hang in there thou, when I checked my weight at 7 days post, I had already dropped 22 lbs..

I just found this app and I'm loving it. I have so many questions and concerns. I've been finding out tons of info. I've struggled with my weight for years. I'm so excited and can't wait until August 18th!
