Hi all! Starting to freak out a bit. I was sleeved in July and I have lost a total of 34 pounds. I am almost 3 months out. I started to 224 pounds and I am 5"2. I didn't have a terribly high BMI and I understand that when you are a little smaller to start the weight doesn't come off as fast. I have been at a stall in weight loss for about a month. Starting to feel like a failure. I haven't had much time to exercise since I am pulling 50 hour weeks at work per week. I am still eating 2oz 3 meals a day and not eating Snacks and consuming 50oz of Protein in a shake. Does anyone with a similar weight/height have any insight into this?

Hi All-
I am currently out of town for business and am sticking to my post op diet of mushies for this time. I am 5 weeks post op. I know that I have not gotten enough Water in the last couple of days. I just woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain in my tummy. Ran to the bathroom am having severe Constipation after I was finally able to have a bowel movement; which caused me to begin almost throwing up (when water is rapidly coming up) but you are not fully there yet for a full minute. Then that stopped and I didn't fully vomit. Then I started having some Gerd symptoms. Now i had a little bit of diarrhea in addition to all that. Tummy still hurts. Just want to know what went wrong or what did I experience? Was all that from the dehydration? Or did I do something wrong?

Wow I started using 10,000 units 2 weeks after surgery they told me that is common between 3-6 months and most people it comes back in rare cases it doesn't. My hair is already thinning from the top so I am being really adamite about taking shakes and Vitamins. Don't fret. You will be fine any time your body goes through ketosis that happens.

So I started using Jay Robb unflavored Protein and instead of doing two drinks because it's not a thick shake i just put two scoops in one cup of Water and drink half between Breakfast and lunch and the other between lunch and dinner. I don't like unnatural sugar so I just use unflavored almond milk and a tad bit of honey. It works well.

Hi,
So I am post op gastric sleeve. I am on week 4 and started mushies 3 days ago. I just had hummus and a couple crackers and 2 tiny olives. Not sure why I noticed this yesterday too, right after I eat I get sooo sleepy suddenly. Tomorrow I am no longer remote from work and am worried about these feelings. Am I doing something wrong? Something I need to change. I am taking all my Vitamins and protien shakes.< /p>

Hi All
I am new here. I got sleeved on July 12. Its been a rough first month. That 2 weeks before surgery of those repulsive shakes then the post op clear liquid diet and the full liquid diet phase was killer. Finally, I started mushies a few days ago. Getting the Water intake similar to others is so tough. I am pretty much living on Vitamins, the protien shake, and water barely any time to eat given the 30/30 rule. Anyways anyone know if quinoa is safe during the mushy phase?
