I always pack more than needed as well because I like to be extra prepared. Then I don't use half of what I pack lol but it's better to be safe than anything else. Thanks to all of you for the insight and Congrats!

Thank you! I really like this app and the supportive comments. A lot of people I know told me I'm not going to look right being negative but I'm staying positive and I know I'm making the right decision for me. I used to weigh 302, I am now 231 & I did it on my own but for the past 12 months I just can't seem to lose that last 80 pounds. I tried all the diets, working out etc but I realized food can become an addiction and it's been a struggle this last year. But I'm blessed to be here and looking forward to this new chapter in my life. I thank you all again and I'm beyond motivated looking at everyones results!
