  1. You are losing weight; just not at the rate you want. You've lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks, which means, over 2.5 pounds per week. That's slightly better than normal. I would suggest adding a bit of exercise to your day. Exercise can greatly increase weight loss. Have you been checked for PCOS? It can definitely have an effect on slower weight loss.


  2. Hi surfer girl... Yes, u are abosultely right. It is for some reason hard for me to force feed myself...In My super obese days, i've never had to force feed myself- i wanted everything snd now i want nothing... I mean nothing! I vow to work on increasing caloric intake as well as protien. It's my new mission. Thanks for the advice!


  3. Hello! I am def lacking Protein and carbs. I consume about 40 g of Proteins and 300 carbs daily. My taste buds are completely distorted. No desire to eat (at all). Sleeved 5/29/16 Pre-op (5' 7") weight 231, SW 214, CW 191. 1 premiere Protein shake and maybe a little cheese and deli turkey (if I'm lucky). This week i plan to increase food intake to a MIN of 2 Protein shakes, 1/2 baked potato and 1/2 cup of fresh fruit.
