Hi Hiraeth,
Yes, I was diagnosed w/ Pcos 6 years ago. I excercise about 4-5 times weekly (primarily treadmill walking) for at least an hour. My doctor never mentioned that PCOS could possibly affect to speed of weightloss. Thank you for the insight.

You are losing weight; just not at the rate you want. You've lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks, which means, over 2.5 pounds per week. That's slightly better than normal. I would suggest adding a bit of exercise to your day. Exercise can greatly increase weight loss. Have you been checked for PCOS? It can definitely have an effect on slower weight loss.

Your goal should be at least 60 grams of Protein at your current weight. Eat 5 times a day.
You're doing great with your weight loss so far.
Thanks for the helpful advice Gary!

Hello! I am def lacking Protein and carbs. I consume about 40 g of Proteins and 300 carbs daily. My taste buds are completely distorted. No desire to eat (at all). Sleeved 5/29/16 Pre-op (5' 7") weight 231, SW 214, CW 191. 1 premiere Protein shake and maybe a little cheese and deli turkey (if I'm lucky). This week i plan to increase food intake to a MIN of 2 Protein shakes, 1/2 baked potato and 1/2 cup of fresh fruit.

I am going through the same exact struggle. All i hear is to be patient- the weight will come off. We were both sleeved 3 days apart. I've been stalled for almost 4 weeks.
