  1. Yes i agreebwith you all and I infct called my insurance and had them to change my Doctor and put my new PC name on my insurance card. I thought I was doing great everyone else did as well and so do you guys so , he needs to learn more about this Yani
  2. So my starting weight was 377lbs . On the day of my surgery september 14,2016 I got my weight down to 352lbs . I went to see my surgeon on September 26 I was down to 337lbs as so when I went to see my primary care doctor ,same 337lbs. Today I went to see my primary care doctor and my weight is 326lbs and I got yelled at because he said I must not be doing what I am supposed to as far as my diet because I should be weighing 290 by now and that I need to take this serious. See this is why I have so many regrets with getting this surgery because to be told that I'm not doing what I was told and I and my family knows that I am , well you know really I'm not because I barely eat, I do get my fluids in now. I eat unsweetened apple sauce /jello , eggs and oatmeal. I can not make the weight come off faster. Evrrybodies body is different, as he told me he had other patients who lost a lot of weight 3 weeks out from their surgery. I'm only 3 weeks out now I went and joined the gym planet fitness on Saturday, I went to the gym Sunday and Monday, look I'm trying. What else can I do ? Any suggestions? Yani
  3. Yeah my husband said the same thing , but as I told him I chewed as long as my but, tolde 20-30 times. I just might have to chew it longer. I know I don't want that feeling anymore Yani
  4. Well I know it's not from eating eating to much because I actually did not eat all day and I only had two bites if that to eat. I chewed my food very well at least 20-30 chews before swallowing. And the reason I'm asking because dumping doesn't only come from eating sugar, it also comes from eating something high in fat also or when you eat to fast also. Maybe just what I ate did not agree with me I guess but I am so happy that pain is gone Yani
  5. Is dumping different for everyone? I read when you dump you have the vomiting, sweating, heart race as well as the runs. Now me I ate, and it felt like something was stuck in my esophagus so on my ride home from Philadelphia I kept having pains in my stomach I told my husband, all of a sudden out the blue I vomit twice, first all this foam , second some food . It was back to back. Once I vomit I felt no more pain, that's all the symptoms I had , was the vomiting. So I'm wondering did I have dumping or......... Just wondering if I dump differently, Yani
  6. That should not mess you up at all. You should still be approved for the surgery. Just asking ? How much have you gained? Make sure you work out eat healthy and do what's necessary so that you can get this surgery. Come your goal is to live life Yani Maybe 4 or 5 pounds IMSTLHR You really should be ok with that and if that is what you gained you can easily take them 5lbs off. With walking cutting sugar and bread out. But I don't believe that will mess you up at all. Do a full liquid diet before Yani Agree Yani Yani

Because actually me working at a bariactric clinic is what we want to see is you get the weight off and when you do gain a little back we see you can not do it on your own that you do need the surgery. The surgery is really up to the surgeon it's what he or she tells the insurance company , it's what they send in to the insurance company. But I know you got this you won't be denied due to this Yani Agree Yani
