  1. I talked to about 3 gastric bypass patients who drink ginger ale and said that there doctor said that's the only soda OK to have. Hmmm mines said all is a no no. My oldest brother from my father side, he and his wife both had the gastric bypass , way before I thought of having it and i they both eat sweets, drink sodas, like I thought you could dump? But if it's true that you can dump , why have the surgery? Continue on self destructing. Yani Their doctor not there forgive me Yani

  20. I had my surgery on the 14 of September this year. Know that I am miserable. I am hungry a lot but won't eat. The premier Protein shakes is causing my hands and feet to itch and I now have lots of bumps on my face. I can't sleep good at night, I'm normally a person who sleeps on my stomach but I have to sleep on my back which is so uncomfortable. I have pain in my right side, I'm just depressed and feeling I made a mistake. An words of wisdom and comfort is welcomed. On my surgery date I weighed 353 I am now 337 and I been 337 since last Tuesday I feel the weight not coming off. I'm just a wreck right now Yani
  21. Today make a month since I had my Gastric bypass surgery. So happy to be here , to feel the weight come off and see it and to hear others say how good I'm looking. Though I told myself this surgery was not for me to look good , that's not why I did it, even though I do want that to come in play as well , but I did it to feel good, be healthy and I can say I am off diabetes meds, high blood pressure meds and my knees feel much , much , much better. Starting weight was 377lbs , pre-op weight 353 today 317 . September the 14 when I laid on that operating table I told myself this change is for you. Don't do it for nobody else but for you.
