    What to tell people?

Give them your own suggested dates when you would be able to do it. C Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  2. It all depends on your doctor, but I really believe you have nothing to worry about. I know I had it all in the week leading up to my liquid pre-op diet.
  3. It all depends on you. If sleeved properly, and you follow the nutritional guidance, barring some weird metabolic flaw you should have every expectation to reach a normal and healthy weight. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I did not have the bypass, but congrats on regaining your footing. I have read many questions on here about regain and the ability to re-lose. You should keep this thread active or create another one with your story and input on how your surgery is working after a reset. You would be a benefit to a lot of people and it would help to hold you accountable. Win-win. Best of luck. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. The loss of hunger so far has been a huge benefit. It may come back. But if you do as you're told and eat your Protein and hold off on drinking for half an hour, you have a magnificent tool to reign in hunger and prevent loss of control eating. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. Best thing I can tell you is not to watch the scale and get frustrated the first month. It will come off if you follow the plan.

    Vitamin Recommendations?

We were told not to use the gummies by our nutritionists. Either they don't have all needed vitamins or they don't absorb the same. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  8. Happens to a lot of us. It will start to move consistently. Don't be discouraged, though I know it's hard not to be.

    Waiting for weightloss

Also if you had a 3 or 6 month diet for insurance some of your "easy" or Water weight would likely already be gone. 6 weeks in I'm learning the weight does not roll off super fast but has been pretty steady. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    It's happening, and fast!

It's just a date. I was approved for Aug 10 and was sleeved on Aug 4. The doc has to put a date down.

    Staple Line Pian

I don't know that it's possible to feel pain in the staple line. Wouldn't we all feel that pain following being cut and stapled?

I've never called anyone a name on here KristenLe. And the smug comment was directed at me from LSL. Now you want opinions from folks with experience? That's rich from someone with 4000 comments pre-op. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
