I'm on day 2 of the pre-op liquid diet! I've been heating up my Premier Proteinshakes to warm up! The chocolate heated up is similar to having a nice mug of Hot Cocoa.
Nothing like doing a liquid diet in freezing Minnesota. So so cold. The thought of having a SF popsicle really doesn't do anything for me other than make me colder. I'll stick with my heated up shakes, coffee/tea and heated broth!
