I was using Orgain but there are too many calories so I'm not drinking shakes until I can find one with fewer calories. Seems like everything low calorie has whey prothink in it ????

I love this food site. They have a month each year that they focus on vegan.

I had surgery on the 7/11 and was supposed to have my post op on 7/19 but didn't make it cuz I ended up back in hospital.. But long story short I had it today so a little over two weeks.. But I'm down 27lbs.. I notice it in my legs and arms and face but barely in my stomach area even tho I notice it in the way my clothes fit.. Regardless I'm so happy I made the right decision!! Thanks everyone on here for helping me with my journey along the way!!
