I am just about 3 weeks out from my surgery. I have been on BP meds for most of my life. Fortunately, they are once a day and I am pretty good about taking them every day before bed (got a little crazy when I worked night shift and sometimes "bedtime was 36 hours later, and sometime 12). I do ok with twice a day meds when its for short periods, but when I have had to remember meds 3 or 4 times a day, I have trouble.
Now, I am looking at my supplement schedule - 6 times a day!!!!!
I don't think I will have too much trouble when I am at home with my fluid/food/supplement schedule in front of me, but I am worried about when I am getting out and about - especially when I go back to work.
What tips and tricks have you found that helps you remember to take your supplements in time? How do you carry them with you? What hasn't worked?
Thanks for your help!

Headache on liquid diet

The headache is most likely from the carbs (or lack there of). Whenever I have gone on low carb diets, it has happened to me. Just continue to stay hydrated, and maybe try some tylenol if you are allowed to have it. It will eventually go away. Sometimes it just takes a while.
Good luck to you!
