  1. When you eat to much or to fast not chewing well cause a horrible feeling (gastric by pass)it last for about 30 min Hk6723
  2. I eat fried chicken about3 weeks ago ,12 weeks out .I was fine had half of breast Hk6723
  3. whey protien is what led to my constipation. I use plant base protien shakes now and been fine plus drinking more Water which since surgery is hard Hk6723

  6. DON'T DO IT,STICK TO THE PLAN,The day of my surgery I got to go earlier than schedule,the person before ate solids the night before he or she had to reschedule Hk6723

I took2 week sick time, 2 week vacation,and went on restricted duty for 4 week.I notified and set that up with my employer 3 weeks when I ahead once I got my date.My surgen office filled out the paperwork to do without telling what procedure I was having.I had no difficulties after surgery and went back to work a month after surgery on restricted duty.Did not get strength back til 3mo out,but needed that restrictions. It depends on how physical your work. Hk6723

  15. I did the same ,lost 30 after surgery and don't feel like I lost any more. Eating less than 900 calories and walking.Feel same way but every one saying hang in there, really don't have no choice.I will Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
  16. I'm 4 close to 5 (5/17)weeks out and feel the same way some days,especially I struggle with getting my liquids,Water is really hard l have no desire for food the Protein shakes and yogurt are just fine.Food soft tough to swallow Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
