  18. DON'T DO IT,STICK TO THE PLAN,The day of my surgery I got to go earlier than schedule,the person before ate solids the night before he or she had to reschedule Hk6723
  19. I took2 week sick time, 2 week vacation,and went on restricted duty for 4 week.I notified and set that up with my employer 3 weeks when I ahead once I got my date.My surgen office filled out the paperwork to do without telling what procedure I was having.I had no difficulties after surgery and went back to work a month after surgery on restricted duty.Did not get strength back til 3mo out,but needed that restrictions. It depends on how physical your work. Hk6723

  30. I did the same ,lost 30 after surgery and don't feel like I lost any more. Eating less than 900 calories and walking.Feel same way but every one saying hang in there, really don't have no choice.I will Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
