Thank you ladies for your help. Oh yes my Dr is terrific he's excellent in his field and has outstanding results plus reviews from prior clients. I met with him and the others in his office and I chose him after hearing what he had to say. He's top of his field.

I have a iwatch and I love it, it even reminds you to stand if you've been sitting too long and you can add all kind of apps on it to basically do anything you like I just love it

@@autymn ty so basically I should ask my Dr I just assumed that they would use the smallest since we're doing a surgery that cant be changed, so how did you do with the size that you have. I really appreciate your help.

So sorry to hear that you got denied but like the last post said she wrote a letter that'll be a good thing to do try to get your mom or significant other to write one for you and just tell them how depressed you are living like this and list some things that'll make your life better if you we're to have this surgery. The Dr office can submit it for you they do listen and usually approves. Hope this helps, wishing you the best.

You may need some B12 but talk to your dr

My pre op instructions from the hospital said wash your hair but I would have to do it the day before it's too cold in a hospital to have wet hair and I can't dry it on my own too much hair I just want two braids.
