Im new here but had the mgb in 2001. I originally lost about 125 pounds and have gained back alot of weight, mostly over the last 3-4 years.
I was hoping to find some others here who have had the surgery a while back. I have a few issues I would like to ask some questions about.
My Iron count is at 5 which is dangerously low and I have yet to find an Iron supplement that I absorb. I just found the iron patch and will receive it this week. I'm hoping it works and that I don't have to have the iron infusion.
I really would like to lose the weight again but have found it extremely difficult to lose anything I still can not eat very much, Im going to try the UnjuryProtein I just saw on here. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
anyone else here had surgery more than 10 years ago?
